Weight-Training Beans

Here's today's account (or as much as I can remember, anyway)...
Breakie:
- cashew butter and jam toast
- fried eggs
- green smoothie
- fruit juice
Snack:
- animal crackers and water (at MOPS)
Lunch:
- meatballs
- macaroni and "cheese"
- nori (dried seaweed)
- multiple bowls of cereal
Snack:
- bananas
Dinner:
- salmon burgers
- edamame
- meatballs
- garlic mashed potatoes
- nori
- hummus
- green smoothie
- rice milk
- bananas
- hot cocoa
I kid you not.
I'm sure there was more, but that's plenty for now.
